SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number to a pool service contractor using Aquadots, you agree to receive text messages related to your pool service, including scheduling, job status, and support updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Text HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time.
- Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Use of Service
Aquadots is provided to help coordinate pool service between contractors and their customers. Information submitted through the platform, including via SMS, should relate to your pool service account.
Privacy
Our handling of your information, including your phone number, is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
