Aquadots ("we", "us", "our") provides pool service and maintenance management software used by pool service companies and their customers. This policy explains how we handle personal information, including phone numbers used for SMS and WhatsApp notifications.

We collect the name, phone number, email, and service address of customers, as provided by the pool service company (contractor) that serves them, in order to schedule service, send updates, and respond to support requests.

SMS / Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Aquadots related to your pool service, including appointment reminders, job status updates, and support responses.

Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule and support activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance.

No Sharing of Mobile Numbers

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the service communications described above, and are shared only with the specific pool service contractor who serves your account.
